A good in-market experience doesn't just look right — it has to work. Automations, email sequences, AI workflows, and the systems thinking that connects everything underneath.
Custom orders, less chasing
A baker who is also the bookkeeper, delivery driver, and customer service department doesn't have a free window for Friday-night follow-up. This six-step automation handles the confirmation, the order log, the quote draft, and the delivery reminder — so the only thing she has to do is bake.
Connected tools, one clear view
Kim's tools were already doing their jobs. Scheduling in Google Calendar, invoicing in Square, emails when she got around to them. The business just needed a way for information to move between them. Nothing was replaced. Everything was connected.
From intake form to live dashboard
Get Cronk'd is a fitness studio that needed a better handle on client intake and internal visibility. We built an Airtable system that takes a client from inquiry form to base record to a live dashboard the team actually uses — without adding new tools or new logins.
Voice documentation and prompt engineering
Claire writes every client email from scratch, which sounds personal until you realize she's typed the same seven sentences four hundred times. The real work here wasn't the automation — it was capturing her voice precisely enough that the drafts actually sound like her.
One spreadsheet runs the whole stand
A working homestead selling eggs, soap, candles, and garden goods. The owner needed to update what was available without logging into anything, and a way to let egg share subscribers know when the stand was restocked. We built it on a Google Sheet. She updates one spreadsheet on her phone between morning chores, and two things happen automatically: the farm stand board on the website refreshes with current inventory, and subscribers get a formatted email with what's available. No CMS, no app, no monthly fees.
Relationship infrastructure for real estate
Most real estate agents treat the transaction as the job. Lydia treats the relationship as the job. We built the systems to match: an email suite for sellers, a six-part buyer guide, an open house flow for visitors, and the kind of follow-up infrastructure that makes clients feel like they're the only one on her list. Everything is written to sound like Lydia, her market, her values, her voice. Nothing reads like a template.
