All client engagements are governed by a separate project agreement signed before work begins. That agreement outlines the scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms specific to your project. These Terms of Service apply alongside that agreement, not in place of it.
We reserve the right to decline any project inquiry at our discretion.
Payment terms are outlined in your project agreement. In general, projects are structured with milestone-based payments. Work completed to date is billable in the event a project is cancelled or paused. Invoices are due on the date specified in your agreement.
We do not process payments through this website. Invoices are sent separately.
If you need to cancel a project after work has begun, you are responsible for payment of all work completed to that point. We will provide an accounting of hours or milestones completed and invoice accordingly.
Free resources and lead magnets are provided at no cost and are not subject to refund terms.
Successful projects depend on your participation. You agree to provide the materials, approvals, and feedback needed to move the project forward within the timelines we've agreed on. Delays caused by late feedback or missing materials may affect your project timeline and are not grounds for a refund.
Upon receipt of final payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and to use it in marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing before the project begins.
We retain ownership of any tools, templates, frameworks, or processes we use to build your project that are not specific to your business.
We do our best work on every project, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as sales, traffic, or revenue. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from our work or the use of our website.
These terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia and Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nova Scotia.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
