Owner. Head Trainer. World Champion.
Rebecca entered the world of fitness and sport at a very young age. She began competitive gymnastics at 4 and power tumbling at 7. After years of rigorous training she moved into competitive team sports — basketball, soccer, and volleyball — often juggling two or three teams a day. She was always the one who actually welcomed the conditioning.
At the University of Ottawa, she found a place to call home: the gym. She earned her Honours BSc in Human Kinetics and started taking certification courses to deepen her understanding of the human body. Then she made the wild decision to compete in her first fitness competition.
Since then she’s competed in over 15 bodybuilding shows across 6 federations. She’s lost far more than she’s won — but has never lost her determination to improve. At the end of the 2024 season she walked away with 3rd in the UFE Pro Fitness Division and 1st in the UFE Pro Wellness Division, claiming the World Champion title. When she’s not on stage, she’s competing in CrossFit throwdowns and Hyrox events.
She opened Get Cronk’d in 2017 with a simple idea: build a space where everyone belongs. Nine years later, that’s exactly what it is.
