Tell us what's on the list.
Tell us what's bothering you, what you've been meaning to build, what's getting pushed to later, or what you'd simply like the business to do better.
For a limited number of new projects, whatever you invest with The Yellow Front Door, we'll add the same amount again in additional Yellow Front Door work, up to $2,000.
We scope your work and our matched work together from the beginning, so the extra value goes toward something your business actually needs.
The Yellow Front Door has been quietly getting its feet under it for the last month or so, but we also opened when everyone seemed to be at the cottage, at the beach, in the garden, visiting family across the country, or saying “we should really get together before school starts” to approximately 14 people.
Now life is starting to settle back into something resembling a routine, and we're ready to properly launch.
The Yellow Front Door is new. We aren't. We could spend our launch budget trying to tell more people what we can do, but we'd rather put pretty much all of it into doing the work and showing them.
It gives us the chance to work with more businesses, build more useful things, meet more business owners, and give a handful of projects a little more room than they might otherwise have had.
Maybe you need a new website, a brand that finally fits the business, a marketing plan, better client follow-up, a course or resource, a campaign, or a system that gets something repetitive off your plate. Maybe you just know something isn't working the way it should. You don't need to arrive with a package picked out or a perfectly formed brief. We'll look at the business with you and figure out where the work would actually make a difference.
A new website, a long-overdue refresh, better service pages, landing pages, stronger copy, or a clearer path from “I found you” to “I'd like to work with you.”
Brand strategy, a new visual identity, logo design, colour and type systems, brand voice and messaging, business cards, email signatures, social templates, print collateral, launch pieces, and the practical details that make your business look and sound like the same business everywhere.
A practical marketing plan, campaign strategy, messaging, email, lead magnets, launch materials, or the pieces that finally give your marketing some direction.
Welcome guides, service guides, onboarding, follow-up, client resources, review requests, referral materials, and the touchpoints that make your business feel thoughtful and easy to work with.
Online courses, workshops, client education, resource hubs, FAQs, downloadable resources, or the useful idea that's currently living in six different notes on your phone.
Forms, booking, email follow-up, templates, automations, workflows, and repetitive tasks that shouldn't require you to remember them manually every single time.
We're based in the Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia, but we work with small businesses across Canada. The offer is about the right project, not your postal code.
The match doesn't mean making the website twice as complicated. It gives us room to look at what should happen around the website too.
$1,500 toward the website work your business already needs.
Another $1,500 in agreed Yellow Front Door work.
We might refresh the website and also build the client guide, tighten up the brand and rollout pieces, create inquiry follow-up, map out a referral process, build campaign materials, or tackle another piece that helps the whole business work better together.
You don't need a brief, a package name, or a perfectly formed plan. Tell us what's going on and we'll sort through it with you.
Tell us what's bothering you, what you've been meaning to build, what's getting pushed to later, or what you'd simply like the business to do better.
We'll look at what you already have, talk through what matters most, and decide together what your investment covers and where the matched work would actually help.
You'll know the complete paid and matched scope before anything begins. It's one project, planned together from the start.
Give us the rough version. Tell us what isn't working, what you've been meaning to build, or what you're tired of doing the hard way. A few sentences is plenty.
We'll take a look and figure out where to start.
If you're local, we'll buy the coffee.
