Let’s separate what matters from what would simply be nice.
Most buyers begin with a mix of needs, hopes, and things they are still figuring out. That is normal. This section helps us sort those ideas before the search gets too narrow.
You do not need perfect answers. A rough answer is still helpful. The goal is to give us a clearer starting point so the homes we view are more aligned with your life, not just your search filters.
Helpful reminder: a must-have should be something that truly affects whether the home works for you. A nice-to-have is something you would love, but could compromise on if the rest of the home made sense.

Once we know what matters most, we can make better decisions about which listings are worth viewing, which compromises are reasonable, and which homes look good online but may not fit your life in practice.
This also gives us a clearer way to talk after showings. Instead of asking whether a home was simply “nice,” we can ask whether it actually matched what you said mattered.
